16 Years claim

My grandfather worked 16 years in the Mental industrie, and It's been almost two years since my Grandfather claimed , and he sent all his documents even a bank account but they have not returned to him yet he thought by now his money would be out he is really struggling he needs the money he is no longer working and it's hard.
