13 Months, No resolution

Good day<br> <br> I logged a request for a statement on my late father's behalf on 28 January 2013.<br> as per instruction by the Masters of the court that I had to get a statement to accompany my father's Will.<br> <br> It's been 13 months since I completed the application at the Cape Town branch.<br> I have continuously emailed [Email Removed] but the only replies I recieve is \Thank you for contacting the Surplus Department. Please follow up on a statement after five weeks."<br> <br> This seems like an automated reply and I never recieve any substantial feedback.<br> I have an email trail proving that i logged this request on 28 January 2013 already.<br> <br> I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service recieved from MIBFA.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> """
