11months awaiting my money

In October 2014 I app**** for my provident fund money and I was told it takes 2 to 4 months for pay out. It's been 11 months and still waiting. 3 months ago, I stopped going there to check on my application and decided to call and every time I call, I'm told rudely to check the following month.<br> <br> I just want to know when will I get my money, it's my money and had people had any choice, I doubt they will choose to save with them {MIBFA)
