Quick to take money, no data in return after 12 days of waiting

This was a very affordable and reliable ISP with good reception. Ever since the service drop from very good to extremely bad. Recharched 12 days ago and it still doesn't show the data bought. I have logged a query via whatsapp, read but with no reply. Called via whatsapp, no answer. Called via network, still no answer!
