Do not use MGC Building and Civl Projects

MGC Building and Civil Projects operated by Mark Williams (currently in George and Port Elizabeth area) is to be avoided at all costs. They have undertaken some reasonable work for us in the past, but then became deceptive and ended up not finishing work for which we paid an 80% deposit. They also failed to pay a sub-contractor who actually did complete his work, and have taken deposits from another person I referred them to and never delivered any work. Tens of thousands involved. Let's call it what it is. Daylight ******* with a smile.
