Disbelief in Marc Williams

I had roof leaks that Marc initially fixed which he guaranteed for 10 years. However, within a year, some of the leaks returned. Although he came back to seal them, he started making empty promises about when he would return to address the recurring leaks. Eventually, Marc stopped responding to my calls and WhatsApp messages. He was paid in full and I believed he was sincere, which I now question.
