Confirmation Message *Business Name:* MGC Building and Civil Projects *Review:* They've Terminated my contract while I'm on a 3 months probation contract in a permanent position without giving me my monthly salary. I did made mistakes that could've cost the company a few rand. Note: *THEY DID NOT TRAIN ME PROPERLY YET* But based on the contract signed it states that would the employee cost the company losses due to negligence, the *Employer can decide to either deduct the costs or dismiss they employee with immediate effect* But they did both. I'm a 32 year old single father of a 6 year old son that needs to be taken care of. What do i do? I do not have any proof of the losses the company took due to the mistakes I've made. The owner of the company told me on March 27 when he terminated my contract *_I'll get my salary by latest Thursday*_. I've inbox him the Thursday before Easter weekend and the Thursday after. Till now no payment yet. I did work the full month of March without getting paid for it. I need to pay my rent and my son needs to be taken care of. This is how MGC treats people that's working for them. Please help. I however do have proof of the chats between myself and the employer,the appointment contract and the termination letter.
