Unprofessional and *********

On Saturday We went for a viewing to have our wedding there. Asked to keep a date for us and how payment works. We even specifically asked when we should pay and how it works. Because we wanted to get married there 100%. It was never mentioned that we should pay on the spot and we were told to contact the financial person in charge of dates and payments. I emailed and whatsapped immediately after our viewing, having high hopes that we just got our date. Without also being told that she does not work over weekends. Sunday morning we were told that they gave our date to someone else. We felt like we were hit by a truck. It was utterly unprofessional and ********* of them. The lack of communication and basic human decency is a complete let down.

I really hope they never do it to someone else again. Our hearts were broken and now we have to start all over again.
