Wedding
We had the most incredible weekend at this wedding venue! The food was absolutely delicious throughout the entire event, and there was always more than enough to satisfy our guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone felt well cared for. The flowers and decor were simply stunning, perfectly capturing our vision and adding a magical touch to the celebration. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories!

Review - Disappointing experience
We had high hopes for Meulstroom Lodge as a wedding venue, but unfortunately, the experience was riddled with poor service and unprofessional execution. The printed programs looked like they were cut out by a toddler - uneven and very sloppy. We made welcome boxes and water for each guest, but half of them never received theirs. The brides bouquet was not what she asked for - a heartbreaking mistake on her big day. Juice meant for the reception tables was dumped in a corner and left there all nigjt. The canapes were presented in a very unprofessional manner - no care or fimesse. While getting ready, we had to keep asking for drinks we ordered and paid for, yet juice was delivered without issues. The rest of the flowers were spray-painted black and looked terrinle - not at all what was envisioned. The staff were rigid and unhelpful, showing little care for the details that make a wedding special. For a venue that claims to specialise in weddings, this was a huge let down. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a professional venue for their special day.

I had my wedding there on the 9th of October 2025. From the day that we contacted them until up until this day we have only had an excellent experience. We had one meeting with Tanja about our decor and the next time we saw her she showed us our mock up tables and I was soooo impressed and that tht was shown there was what we got on our wedding day !! I cannot recommend them enough ! They are friendly and nice. The rooms are clean and the food are amazing !!!! Our guests cannot stop talking about the view and we understand why ! Its perfect !
