Shockingly bad Service and Poor Food Quality

We went for a weekend teambuilding at Meulstroom Lodge and were unhappy with the Hygiene of the facilities. For the first time in my life i was told that the cleaning of rooms is an optional extra and that the lodge does not provide daily cleaning services or cleaning materials. The attitude of the owner leaves a lot to be desired and was disengaging and offered no solutions to the issue of hygiene. On arrival one of the room had stained and dirty bed sheets and it was evident that the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. I would not recommend this lodge to anybody.
