will metro rail ever care!

It's been years of poor service and yet again today it goes without saying that metrorail has yet again failed to deliver! Trains are never on time! Talk unreliable trainsport and right now we are in the middle of no where waiting for buses cause there are no trains available and I LOYAL consumer standing in a line which has more then thousands of people behind n in front of me! We are yet understand forced to understand this ****y service...but who are we to complain cause these guys couldn't give a dam! Hope someone reads this and let it be a reminder that we are human as well
