Why do we tolerate this???

<p>Why do we tolerate this???</p> <p>We are the paying customers, we should demand the service delivery from metrorail... the cuŕent sevice is so bad that they should pay us to use the service. Trains always late, overfull, dirty... i pay almost 400rand for a monthly pass, where i never get seating, no security on trains or stations. What are they doing with the ticket sales. </p>
