Useless service

I travel daily from Wellington to town and back. For the past 3 months - late at work daily and even later at home. No announcements, assistance and then you get ****** because security sleep or assist the ******s. *** POOR F*CK*DUP SERVICE. Now i understand why people is so frustrated about metrofail
