Unacceptable

Good morning<br> <br> <br> <br> I am very disappointed in the service we receive from Metrorail/Prasa in Cape Town. I travel to Brackenfell everyday with the 7:07 train on route to Kraaifontein. The boards is always off and no announcements. <br> <br> This morning I was disgusted! The train normally comes on platform 2 but this morning it came on platform 1. No announcements. We had to run all the way around with no warning or subway. The driver still does not want to wait for us.<br> <br> <br> <br> This is unacceptable! We are the community and ticket holders. Some form of communication is needed!<br>
