Trains stopping at Bellville going no further

I don't feel like bothering typing this complaint because I know nothing will come out of it but ******! Yesterday ALL trains going towards Malmesbury/Worcester were stopped at Bellville - we were informed buses were arranged to transport passengers forward. Do you know what those bus queues looked like?? It was impossible to get home that way - everyone who needed to get home as from Stikland stranded - do you know how many people that is???? The taxi rank was just as bad. I had to call someone to pick me up. Metrorail is a pathetic waste of existence who has no regard for their passengers that PAY for their service. And then they have the cheek to hike up prices ridiculously as from the 1 of July. And then of cause this morning's train was 40minutes late. We ALL should stand together and boycott Metrorail for one month - see how they do then.
