TRAIN TAKEN OVER BY NON KUILSRIVER COMMUTERS

Dear Metrorail.<br> <br> Thank you for the express train for Kuilsriver residents to Cape Town.<br> The express has become a nightmare for the Kuilsriver residents. We are bombarded by commuters from Eersteriver & beyond who climb off at Kuilsriver on to our train every morning.<br> To aggravate the situation there is no more security on the train to check tickets. This allows for many non-metroplus customers jumping aboard. <br> Our train is overcrowded and is causing aggressive behaviour amongst otherwise professional commuters that fight for a seat.<br> <br> WHAT IS THE POINT OF A KUILSRIVER EXPRESS IF THERE IS NO PLACE FOR KUILSRIVER RESIDENTS ON THE TRAIN ANYMORE????<br> <br> Why can't u also give the odd 200 Eersteriver commuters their own express?<br> <br> The situation has become unbearable and i have witnessed several altercations on board since the beginning of this year. Do you really want another stabbing on board one of your trains?? <br> <br> I know you guys battle with cable theft and more..but I am offering a solution.<br> <br> PLEASE COULD YOU INCREASE THE TICKET PRICE, EVEN IF JUST BY R50 AND/OR INSTITUTE A SEAT BOOKING SYSTEM JUST LIKE THE BUSINESS EXPRESS??<br> <br> Your response and immediate action will be much appreciated!
