Ticket examiners on the trains

<p>I would like to lay a complaint against Metrail services particularly for not having ticket examiners on the trains which ride along the northern line particularly on the Stikland line. I travel every morning from Bellville Platform 11 on the 3202 train coming from Strand which arrives at bellville station at 5.45 and I have discovered that when we as metro plus passengers get onto the train there are no seats available because the passengers with metro tickets are occupying most of the seats and the passengers with the metro plus tickets have to stand I find completely unfair because we as metro plus passengers pay lots of money in order to get a proper seat in the train and then we have to stand all the way in the train every morning from Bellville station to Cape Town station. </p> <p>Please could this at least be attended to because we already get such a bad service from metrorail and we have to be subjected to this kind of service as well every morning on our way to work.</p> <p> </p>
