The worst ever service provider!!!

Trains are late as usual but what angers me more, is the stupid PA announcer! It get's announced trains are late AFTER the expected time of arrival, what's the point in that??? If it get's announced well ahead, I'm sure some of the commuters can/will make alternative arrangements! It just boggles the mind as to how Metrorail operates and the service level has dropped so low, I think I'm in hell!!!
