TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I'm very disgusted by the way these people treat us.....for goodness sake we pay they salary......My name is Siyathemba Ndlovu im from DBN Umbilo I work at Malvern Pick n Pay I was coming from work wanting to take the 17:15 n I find out from one of the Prasad works that the train will be late.....so I kindly ask for my refund than I'm asked if I know how trains operate than he want on to say I wont be getting my refund I should wait for the train I'M DISGUSTED </p>
