Rude and abusive metrorail staff

Exactly the same thing just happened to my daughter, she is new to traveling by train and missed her stop of Heathfield station by one station. <br> <br> She said the ticket man was incredibly rude and abusive towards her, despite her explaining her mistake and being in possession of a ticket to Heathfield the stop before. They fined her R40- which is fine, but the attitude and abusive manner is anything but fine and totally unacceptable.
