******ies on metrorail

My girlfriend got ****** on the train when a black dude pretended to be a passanger getting into the train,grabbed her phone and jumped out when the train departed. It was upsetting because we dont feel safe and the security suck. oh by the way there were NO guards in the carriage. What does metrorail do with all the money they receive? They are so damn caught up collecting fares but the security system is non existant cos the guards are bunch of worthless ****. we will never make use if the *** service again.People rather make use of alternative options... it may sound like a more expensive option but ur safety comes first. Would u rather have a gun pointed at ur head or be safe? its a no brainer. for those who think nothing of the ******ies,well either u never been ****** or just plain stupid. MetroFAIL!!!
