Renovation of infrustructure

Good day yesterday morning 5.6.2019 @ Eerste River station just after 7:00am while I was walking on the platform with other commuters one of those slabs blocks at the end of the platform just before you enter a train, broke and I fell ending up on the railway line with my wrist and arm in pain trying to prevent from falling on my face.. my arm and wrist still sore what do I do now as I don't have money to pay for a doctor in order to send the bill what do I do next.
