poor service

I was waiting for the 6 o'clock train, like everyday, but today the train was said to be faulty..so waited for next train which came but decided to turn around and go back to crossmore. We waited there for almost an hour until departure. By this time for a friday was too late to go to work,cos u will get a warning so I had to go home . I start work at 7. What must we do to get service.the other thing is my train ticket is not for that station,so how can this be legal,and they send a train which is so small to take the 6..6.30 and the 7 o clock load . Do u guys have any brains. This service is always very bad.what must I do I only have a month ticket. Do u guys realise hoW much people get affected by this especially for work, we r the ones getting the warning letters not u. So nobody care as long as I buy a month ticket you'll r sorted
