Poor and Pathetic Service I have ever received

I have been a customer for many many years and still today not once did metrorail ever supply a proper service. This is the most pathetic and disgusting service I have ever received. Every morning single morning the trains coming from Strand or Muldersvlei is running late do something about this you push up the train ticket for a service that cannot be delivered over and above. Metrorail is the worse ****en travel service that exist in this country. You do not know what it is to deliver good service letting customers feel the money is worth paying for a ticket where trains will be on time.
