Observatory Station

Good day, the Observatory subway has been flooded for weeks now and nothing has been done. I have missed many train’s because I need to use the further subway to go to platform 1 to buy a ticket because platform 2 does not have a ticket box or anyone with smaller ticket machines.

Expecting your clients to run form platform to platform just to buy a ticket is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I walked through the subway that was not flooded today and there was a man taking drugs in the subway, I understand that the security cannot monitor the subways but if the other subway was not flooded I would not have to walk in fear.

Old people and school kids use this service and pay for this service.
