Normal train given way ahead of an express train
I can't understand the reason why train operators allowed a train from Vereeniging to leave ahead of an express train at Midway station.
These two trains converged at a same time in Midway but they let a normal train from Vereeniging that stops on all stations leave ahead of an express train from Oberholzer. Logically an express train will skip 3 stations and stop at New Canada and also skip 2 then stop at Langlaagte then have 1 last skip totaling 6 skipped stations. It was forced to have several stops behind a normal station to station train that was ahead of it.
An express train that's supposed to be at Park station at 06H10 the earliest / 06H15 normally, ended up reaching Jhb at 06:35 meaning me being 15 minutes late at work. I had to run like a wild dog to get a taxi at Bree rank , it took me 4 minutes to get into a cab from a train, leaving my lungs burning and having whooping cough.
Can you apologize to someone who is getting a bad record at work which isn't their fault?
Even further, A first warning letter after 7 and half years of a clean record.
