No trains

We have been in Germiston since 7:30 not even notification that there is a delay on trains, untill I confronted them at 9:15 and they said it will arrive 9:30, I went back at 9:45 to ask if it is on the way or what customer sevice said he has not get any response from JHB and he called they said there is been power failure, why would we have to wait for 3hours without been told, mxm Metrorail is rather consider dilevering potatoes not passangers
