no service

I xame to staion @ 15:04. There was only 1 cashier on duty selling tickets with 5 or 6 people in quee. When I ask the security guy where is the manager or supervisor he told me they all is out. I went to info counter and asked for a complaint slip and the asshole took his own time looking thru his papers and books. I told him I must get the 15:09 train to Strand but he did not worry. When I asked him his name he kept on asking why must he give me his name and afterwards when I realised I must go before I loose the train he told me he don't have a complaint slip and said he won't give me his name. Bad attitude. No staff. Bad service. MetroFail
