No feedback on claims or complains to Metro-rail

I was robed on vasco station in Cape-Town in May 2014 and still did not get feedback on my claim since then. Metro-rail also still has not put up fencing at the station to protect commuters from being attacked, after my attacked and their is still no security available to protect commuters on platforms from attackers in the early hours of the morning or in the evenings after 6 PM.... I have been to cape-town claim office who only sends e-mails to Pretoria to ask them to contact me but nothing happens...<br> Can some please do something so that commuters get the safety from Metro-rail which they pay for and better service as trains is always late and still unsafe
