missed my axem bcz of the unserviced train

Train From kwesine to germston ws stacked on the 19 /05 /2015. In the middle of no where taxes to be found it took almost 3 Hrs standind by there. From there we Irrived at germston by 11:00. Waiting for another train cz they refuse to take the ticket back I have to wait for other one to elansfantain again it arrived at germston by 12 :00. Late by an hour also
