Metrorail/Transnet (3hour delay)

Request To take over Metro-rails operational Planning? How can we be 3hours Late-on a southern Suburb Line peak hours(7am to 11am)_wynberg station. The impact on businesses and productivity,let alone the economy. I asked Station operator if alternative services would be provided eg: Bus for such delays. Consumers Paying monthly Fair-But service way under-delivered. Then we question why the average consumer or citizen has no regard for Municipal services. I would have wanted to think cape-town as a city is close to first world efficiency-Not with Such Transportation-Can we work on in as a city . I think we are all used to it at this point in time-and that is the problem-It should not be a norm. It would be of interest to know the real time impact on business and workers arriving late?Can a study be done? What ever happened to set scheduling? online presence?

If it were transet/metro rail trying to be as efficient as possible. Set scheduling - It should be Properly communicated to citizens and businesses. Surely this would allow for business to plan production a little more accurately.

This complaint is not for myself particularly-But more concerning for the greater mass of society.
