Metrorail - What is happening?

Some of our staff rely on metrorail to get them to and from work daily . Our business is in Okavango Park, Brackenfell, Cape Town. On a weekly basis we have staff coming to work late because of late trains or 'no show ' of trains. Granted, this doesn't happen every day, however, if we add up all the hours that our staff come to work late, this has a huge impact on our productivity, especially as we are a small but extremely busy business where we value every staff member's ability. I realize I speak and echo the sentiments of thousands of South African's who commute each day to and from their work place. Our staff work their time back when they are late, but the real culprit, Metrorail doesn't have to face a disciplinary for consistent late coming or, face having money deducted from their pay slip. Last night, Thursday 9 May, the 5.15 pm train arrived around 8pm at Eikefontein train station. How can that be? When are we going to see positive benefits from our rail system?
