MetroRail Utterly Disregards Commuters!!!!!!!!!

<p> I am so dissatisfied by the service Metro rail gives to people in Katlehong, We buy monthly tickets, expecting to use trains daily however there is ALWAYS delays, or trains that stuck for hours in the morning - which render us uncapable to go to work as we rely solely on the trains to go to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly, we would also appreciate prior notice if there is an issue with trains.</p> <p> </p> <p>IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE DAY - and it's annoying for us paying commuters, people stand the risk of losing their jobs. It would probably be wrong for us to think we are getting this kind of service because we are black and in the townships.</p>
