Metrorail Staff ***********

This morning, I was accused of not buying a ticket on purpose. two ladies ridiculed a group of us coming from Mbekweni stationed. they claimed there were two machines stationed at our station. but by the time I got to the station there weren't any machines there. the ladies were so rude and immature, one only wonders how they got these jobs. i''ve laid a complaint at the department of transport and CPT Metrorail. im hoping I wont see these ladies ever again or if I do they will know how to communicate with me, because its through keeping quiet that these things keep happening. I hope they do take them to task and deal with them accordingly
