Metro rail complain

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Phyllis Mashele I stay in Tembisa I have serious problem I was working at Woolworths at OR Thabo international Airport then I apply for a new Job advertised at Metro Rail in Pretoria which I was called for an interview and passed the interview I had to resigned at Woolworths and stated my training at Metro rail in April 2016. During the training we have been told to stop training until further notice which we have waiting for three months without payment, I went back to Metro rail to find out what is going on I have been told they will call us within a month then a month passed on then went back again with not lucky then after six months I had no choice but to take them to CCMA till now I don’t get any help from CCMA because every time I go to court as per court date they tell me my court date was previous day it look like metro rail is bribing someone at CCMA till now I still waiting for a court date while I don’t have money to pay my house, credits and food</p> <p> </p> <p>Can a good lawyer assist me if you think we will win this case because I don’t have money to pay for a lawyer now?
