Manhandled at KwaMnyandu Station
Words alone will not be able to describe the kind of pain, humiliation, and anger I am feeling towards Metrorail employees stationed at KwaMnyandu mall in Umlazi. This afternoon my journey began from Effingham station,as per normal, I buy the ticket. Was informed that they are closed, so I won't be able to buy the ticket. OK cool... I got to KwaMnyandu station, I went to where they sell tickets, explained that at Effingham they told me they were closed. The guy looks at me, and then he says "ima kancane, sisafonela Effingham.." after a few minutes the same guy who told me to wait, calls his colleagues, athi please deal with her. I was dumbstruck, as I didn't know what I did wrong. Next thing I know I am dragged to the charge office, mind you the man is big, and has this grip on my hand. I asked him hawu baba what did I do.. He says you are lying, they are not closed at Effingham...so they threw me in this room, full of other people who didn't have tickets.. I asked them, is it my fault that the other station was closed... No response.. But after I called my brother, telling him why is happening, the man and the lady wearing Prasa t-shirt and a doek dragged me... I fell to the ground with all my belongings. To cut the long story short, I was manhandled today at KwaMnyandu station... The other guy who was also "arrested" took a video... So i have solid evidence of that ugly fat man and his colleagues manhandling me..
