Late/ No delivery of A Weltevreden Valentines Affa

I was disgusted and embarrassed on Saturday, 14 February 2015 with the non-delivery by Weltevreden wine estate and metrorail. I promised my wife a very romantic getaway FOR A Weltevreden Valentines Affair!, instead I received a day full of stress, delays and very, very poor service! We spent most of the morning at a small shop at Muldersvlei train station, (we were told Stellenbosch station), due to the fact that no transport was arranged and when the taxi arrived, people were trampeling each other to get in as there was only one vehicle for about a hundred people!! Some other sedan cars arrived later...This caused the whole day to be rushed. So instead of having a valentines day out, my wife constantly reminds me of the worst day she ever had!! The package also promised a Pamper Session by Eternal Child Mobile Day Spa, this we did not get as well. I am demanding a refund of both vouchers. This was the worst deal I ever bought!
