Ineffective and dangerous service

The public has to stand in awe of Metrorail. It seems Metrorail/PRASA has a captive market of poor people, and have thus adopted a highly conservative management approach when it comes to infrastructure and service expenditure: every expense is been cut-back to a now lethal level, as the service is being literally trashed to ensure Top Executive Bonuses and international 'investor returns'. The public who use this highly ineffective and dangerous system are being railroaded by sociopaths at the helm - there will be many more victims before something is done about these evil, detached non-humans running Metrorail.
