I missed my getting of station, Heathfield.

I missed getting of the Metrorail by one station. O was supposed to get off at Heathfield, and missed it as I fell asleep after working a night shift and then sleeping for 3hours to get up and open up the shop again. The missing of the station happenedat 17h20. I was subsequently stopped and my ticket checked and fined R40 for that. ***! I say steel more wires. I want an explanation, appology from the CEO personally plus a full refund plus free travel for a while at your discretion and my aproval. Or I will start a social media war against you that will end in the Constitutional Courts. And I will win.
