how abused I was by the rude, unhuman behaviour

Was geting of at benoni station from nancefield station. Had misplaced my train ticked card. They abused me and treated me unhumanly!!! I showed them passed tickets even that I'm a regular client that does purchase ticket but no they didn't wana know they said I must bribe them and give them cash so they can let me go then forced me to withdraw cash at an atm they say its bugged!!! What made it worse they didn't even wana give me their names but I can point them. I refused to bribed them then they charged me R48.50 for a fine they say and fair I still got the tickets even they even told me to go and complain when I asked for their names they don't care as to nothing will happen to them
