I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THE DISPLAY METRORAIL HAS PUT ON YESTERDAY

Yesterday there were absolutely NO trains from Bellville to Cape Town.... In what world are all trains canceled?????

People pay over R300 a month for monthly train tickets, yet they are expected to find other alternatives when YOU GUYS MESS UP, meaning they now have to fork out EXTRA MONEY, money that they did NOT budget for.

Most of these people DO NOT have money for extra transportation and they rely on METRORAIL to get them to and from work.

To make matters worse, last night my brother took a train from Cape Town to Kuils River just after 5pm, when I called him at 7pm which is TWO HOURS LATER!!!!!! He told me they were stuck at Elsies River Station for more than 30min

Do you have any idea how dangerous that station is????

When I called at 8pm they were STILL at Elsies River!!! What the hell man!!!! He couldn't get off coz he was too afraid and it would only put him at risk. Do you have any idea how much you put the commuters lives at risk on a daily basis with this **** service????

Eventually they moved only to get stuck at Parow Station last night, eventually I had to go fetch him at parow and we only got home 20:50 which is almost FOUR HOURS LATER than the time he left Cape Town!!!!

Then the staff at cape Town still has a nerve to be rude and arrogant.

I felt so sorry for the commuters who had to sit and wait it out Some of them have famalies, some of them still have to walk home in the dar****!

You can't keep doing this to your passengers, then you wonder why so many people stopped taking the train over the last 6 years!!

DISGUSTED!!!

YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE ****TY SERVICE YOU GIVE
