Extremely Bad Service

I boarded a train from Oakmor to Tooronga yesterday from around 17:30 and it took 3 hours to do a 40minute trip. This was a very bad journey for us as there were not even an announcement made regarding delays. It stopped from robot to robot for about 15 to 30 minutes. The worse part is that most of us were standing throughout the whole journey as the train was very full - some people were even standing in front of it. If people are getting this kind of service from PRASA/Metro Rail then their business shouldn't exist at all. Further more, there were 3 trains stuck - completely shutdown with no lights in the middle of no where and with people still in them. We believed they were heading to Leralla/springs and or to Pretoria. This is not only unfair as most passengers bought tickets but it also put those passengers lives at risk. This is totally unacceptable, if PRASA/ Metro Rail cannot improve their services then they might as well take of their trains and put them in their back yards because they are doing no good to the lives of South Africans!!
