Dissapointed by the metrorail tembisa station service

I'm so dissapointed by the service at Tembisa Station. They let us buy tickets knowing very well that there is a problem with 11am train. They let commuters wait there without telling us that there is a possibility that the train might not arrive on time. There was no communication, we waited there until we decided to make another plan for transport.

Please metrorail tembisa station management. Communicate with commuters if the train is gonna be late, do not keep quiet because some of us we use train to travel to work every day.

I'm so dissapointed by the service.
