Disgusting metrorail experience

So Metro rail has sunk so low that when one reports bad experience, you get threatened not to speak. Its my atrocious experience that was never addressed in a professional and humane manner that has driven me to use Hello P for the first time. If somebody from Metro rail cares, call me to circumvent potential litigation as I intend to take action against the metrorail worker that hauled threats at me to the point of wanting to beat me at Maitland train station on 05/02/19. Metrorail by extension are complicit as this is your subordinate. I am taking action because statiom bosses failed me.
