Disgusted by metrorail

I'm truly disgusted by the metrorail service, trains were delayed from Bellville to kraaifontein and when to the enquiry office waiting a whole 20 min for the guy to come from what ever he was doing just to tell me that he can't give me proof that the trains are delayed because the trains already came, but there was no trains everyone that was standing on the platform was still standing there when I went back to the platform. they are unfriendly and don't want to help you.
