Disgusted

good morning, I'm not sure how to go about doing this but every morning on the Cape flats line (0510) there are group of people smoking dagga inside the carriages. This is usually the very last third class carriage. This morning I witnessed first hand how a group of people lit up a green pipe. No regard to fellow commuters, which mainly consists of women, children and elderly. Why are there no law enforcement on our trains during peak to avoid this and numerous other offenses. We pay for our tickets and we pay our taxes. Something must be done about this
