Daveyton Metro plus train poor servise

In Daveyton a Metro Plus train to Johannesburg Station was recently introduced and ever since its introduction we are experiencing problems with the train on a daily basis more especially in the morning where the train always leave late or it get delayed on the way and does not get us to our destination on time. we tried to sign a partition to raise our concerns and nothing has been done about it even to date. please assist us because It looks like our grievances goes to a deaf ear.
