Cape Flats line late trains, full carriages metro or non paying patrons in sitting metroplus carriages

<p>since the last increase we had with Metrorail there were promises made of more security and better and clean carriages. To date all we have received are late or delayed trains with no security, broken and filthy carriages with metro or patrons who does not even have tickets occupying seats in metroplus carriages. Why do we have to be late in the mornings or have to stand and be squashed in the trains, this is not what we are paying for?</p> <p>What is metrorail doing to sort this out????</p> <p>This is unacceptable!!!! Please reply with what you intend to do about this and why do i have to pay for a train ticket and not receive the service offered and others enjoy a free ride!!!! </p> <p> </p>
