buy a ticket in the train i dont have change

i was on my way to work this morning from boksburg east via the metroplus train to johannesburg .. i requested a ticket from the ticket office with a R200.00 note and was told by the lady there is no change you can buy a ticket in the train , when i clearly saw that there was ( i did not know i am a ******** and my money i work for is **** )... upon entering the train nobody checked for tickets nor passed by to allow me the purchase of one and when i eventually got off the train to go purchase a ticket there were rude guards pulling and pushing us around requesting R40.00 fines with handcuffs. i never felt this humiliated in my life being the decent man i am ... i expect a full apology and i will be refunded my entire money ... i will not go through nor use your disgusting service and trains ever again
