Bull**** will never use it again

Th whole week the station hasnt been working no single no returns nothing just staff members hanging around doing nothing to help im a pregnant woman who waited over an hour to be assisted was told I must use alternative transport as if I haven't been boarding the bus for over 2 years why is it the customers problem if you are offline and have no trip cards the security at the station kept pushing me as if I was a ******** who didn't have a tag and money to load I then tried to call customer service who then mAde me wait for over 30minutes on hold with no service, I hung up and called again until some guy answered and said he wanted to speak the staff member I gave the member the phone who refused to answer and I was then telling the guy on the phone that they didnt want to speak to him they guy then advised me to call back tomorrow, your service is pathetic and really if you were for the people we wouldnt have been treated like this
